About the Beans:

Popayan is located in the Colombian Massif, a plateau at nearly 1700masl. The so-called 'Meseta de Popayan' is sheltered by the Andes mountain range which helps generate homogeneous climate for coffee growing. This coffee is produced by approx. 65 growers selected by Coffinet for their consistency and the cup profile. Growers from this program are paid based on the quality of their coffee, often reaching a premium of 20% above the market price.
