About the Beans:

We tasted this lovely coffee at a cupping session with our friends at Cofinet and immediately we knew we had found our Christmas release! This is a beautiful natural processed coffee, which has a lovely balance of the traditional with a sense of something special.

Produced by the Asopep and Ascisp associations, the Tolima region is currently one of the most productive coffee-growing regions in Colombia, with many notable representations in the Cup of Excellence and other coffee grading competitions. This coffee goes through a heavily monitored process and is placed on raised beds & concrete patios to achieve even, dry and correct moisture levels.

We're tasting rum & raisins all over this coffee. It’s like Christmas in your mouth! Which is further amplified by the zesty orange finish. It's truly one to remember whether you're giving it as a gift, a stocking filler, or enjoying it yourself!
