On Thursday 17th October, at 6:30pm, we'll be holding our annual Latte Art Throwdown to celebrate a big milestone for Missing Bean! - https://www.themissingbean.co.uk/pages/events?event-id=4079 

As well as our big birthday, we'll be raising funds for a cause very close to our hearts. Each year we work directly with the El Jaguar farm in Nicaragua to not only receive their beautiful coffee, but to also help encourage their wildlife conservation ethos.

Along these lines the funds we raise in our event will go directly to creating educational opportunities for local school children to explore the El Jaguar farm, and learn all about conservation methods as well as the birds that call the farm & sanctuary their home. Come along and watch, enjoy a locally brewed beer and grab a slice of locally baked pizza - all included in the entry fee. Or if you're feeling brave, test out your skills by entering the competition itself, for the chance to win a big cash prize as well as barista gear & merch.

Alongside the main competition there will be a charity raffle crammed full with awesome prizes kindly donated by our friends and wholesale partners. For a chance to win some of these great prizes you can also pre-purchase your raffle tickets in advance - simply add on the quantity you'd like to your ticket. Don't worry, there will still be a chance to purchase more on the night if you can't avoid the temptation once you see the tower of treats!

Due to the size of the Roastery we can only accommodate 16 competitors and 50 guests, so pre-booking is definitely advised!
