About the Beans:
RAOS is an indigenous cooperative of 250 members who grow coffee on the land of Marcala at around 1400 meters above sea level. This coop is a pioneer in organic farming in this area, it is self-sufficient, oriented towards diversification and ecological and socio-cultural agricultural innovation. This coffee is varietal blend of Catuai, Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Pacas and IHCAFE 90.
