Gift Coffee Subscription

Simply choose your preferred subscription length — 3, 6 or 12 months — and complete your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation, followed by a second email containing a printable gift card and a unique activation code. You can email it directly to your recipient or print it to give in person. They then choose their preferred grind setting and activate their coffee subscription gift whenever they're ready.

Yes — when you place your order, enter your recipient's email address and the activation email will go straight to them. Alternatively, keep it to yourself and forward or print the gift card when the time is right.

Yes — we deliver our coffee subscription gifts across the UK with free standard delivery included. If your recipient is in Oxford (postcodes OX1–OX4), they can also choose local eco-friendly delivery.

Once your recipient activates their coffee subscription gift using the unique code, our roastery team will dispatch their first delivery within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, orders placed by 11am).

No — there's no rush. Your recipient can activate their coffee subscription gift whenever they're ready.

Each month they'll receive a 250g bag of our roaster's pick — a different specialty coffee showcasing a range of origins, processing methods and flavour profiles. Every delivery also includes an origin card detailing the coffee's journey from farm to cup: where it was grown, who grew it, and what makes it special.

Your recipient chooses their preferred grind setting when they activate — whole bean, espresso, filter, cafetière and more. They can update this at any time from their account.

That depends on the subscription length you choose. A 3-month coffee subscription gift means 3 monthly deliveries, 6 months means 6, and 12 months means 12.

Very fresh — we roast every weekday at our East Oxford roastery, so each delivery carries a roast date typically within two weeks of dispatch.

Yes — they can update their delivery address at any time by logging into their account.

The gift coffee subscription is based on our roaster's rotating selection, which is part of what makes it special — a new discovery every month. If they'd prefer to choose their own coffee, they can set up their own coffee subscription after their gift period ends.

The subscription simply comes to an end — there's no automatic renewal and no surprise charges. If your recipient wants to continue, they can set up their own subscription from our subscriptions page.

Yes. We prioritise Direct Trade relationships wherever possible, working directly with producers in Colombia, Kenya, Brazil, Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru and Thailand. Our weighted average green coffee price in 2024–25 was £6.30/kg — almost double the Fair Trade floor price.

Yes — all our bags (250g, 500g and 1kg) are fully recyclable, as are our shipping boxes.
