New Release: Rwanda Ruronzi

Say muraho to our newest bean: Rwanda Ruronzi

A vibrant, fruit-forward Rwandan that’s bursting with tropical sweetness and delicate florals. Expect a lively, juicy cup with notes of pineapple, lime and orange blossom, with a silky sweetness that carries right through to the finish.Ruronzi comes from a young model farm in Rwanda’s highlands, established just three years ago and linked to a school training the next generation of coffee growers in analysis, processing and sustainable farming. For this lot, carefully selected cherries are sorted by flotation, fermented anaerobically for 2–5 days, then dried slowly on raised beds. The careful processing brings out vibrant tropical fruit notes, florals and plenty of sweetness.
