What makes this a rotating coffee subscription?
Every delivery brings a different single origin coffee, handpicked by our roasters from the farms and importers we work with. You don't choose which coffee arrives — we choose for you, based on what's at its seasonal best. It's the most exciting way to work your way through our entire specialty coffee selection.
How do I set my delivery frequency?
When you add the subscription to your cart, simply select how often you'd like a delivery — weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly or monthly. You can change your frequency at any time by logging into your account.
Can I pause or cancel my rotating coffee subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You'll receive an email reminder before each delivery, giving you the chance to pause, skip or fast-forward from your account. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee — cancel anytime.
What bag sizes and grind options are available?
Your coffee bean subscription is available in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags. You can choose from whole bean, espresso, cafetière, filter, AeroPress and stovetop grinds. Change your preferences anytime from your account.
How fresh will my specialty coffee be when it arrives?
Very fresh. We roast every weekday at our East Oxford roastery, so your beans are likely to have been roasted within two weeks of arriving at your door — often sooner.
Do I earn rewards on my coffee subscription?
Yes — every delivery earns you rewards points that can be redeemed against future orders, whether that's more coffee, merchandise or anything else from our shop.

Our gift coffee subscriptions are a little different — choose 3, 6 or 12 months upfront and we'll deliver a different specialty coffee every month to whoever you choose. Perfect for the coffee lover in your life.
