What can we say about Five Little Pigs? Ever since they first opened, we've been so chuffed to have supplied them with all their coffee needs. They've received countless awards and rave reviews over the years, so to have our coffee sitting alongside their incredible menu, really is a proud moment.
Head Chef Aimee boasts a professional yet accommodating variety of food options, that the Wallingford community are super lucky to have on their doorstep! We worked alongside the team to ensure they have a coffee blend that compliments their food accomplishments well, and also provides the option for the place to be a quick stop for a brew and a light bite too.
The Five Little Pigs Blend is a combination of two of Missing Bean's favourite direct-trade farms. The Brazil Sitio Posses and the Peru Chingama. These two coffee's roasted together create deep, rich tasting notes of dark chocolate, walnut, & cinnamon. A solid option as a punchy espresso, and works wonderfully alongside all types of milk - you'll notice it's there, without it being overpowering. It also makes a mean Espresso Martini that their bar staff have become absolute pro's with over the years!
