Can We Talk? Missing Bean X OUFC

Can We Talk?

We Can Talk. Three simple words that can help save a life.

In the time it takes for Oxford United to play a 90-minute football match, someone in England loses their life to suicide.

So much more than just a cup of coffee, Can We Talk? Coffee is named after the Club’s suicide prevention and mental health awareness campaign. Developed alongside Baton of Hope, the Joey Beauchamp Foundation, and Oxfordshire Mind, the campaign aims to break down stigma, encourage open dialogue, and remind people of the power of asking one simple but profound question: Can We Talk?
__
Can We Talk? Coffee is available for just £11 per 250g bag, with the price chosen to commemorate the number Joey famously wore for the Club. 100% of the profits from every sale, whether purchased at Missing Bean outlets and cafés or through Oxford United’s official channels, will be donated directly to the Joey Beauchamp Foundation, which supports vital mental health work in Oxfordshire in memory of the Oxford United legend.

Missing Bean were honoured to be asked to work alongside the Club for this amazing cause in creating a unique coffee blend, designed to be used at these workshops (and at home) to accompany those difficult conversations and to help enhance this vital platform. Will himself, alongside his team-mates, took part in the tasting and experimenting of this coffee blend, to find the perfect balance that would work not only at the workshops but also at the OUFC training ground, and for everyone to enjoy at home.
