We're thrilled to introduce our very own Missing Bean chocolate, made right here in our Oxford roastery. Just as we've always done with coffee, we're roasting cacao ourselves, sourcing exceptional beans from producers we know and trust, and bringing that same hands-on, single origin approach to chocolate.

About the Beans : Missing Bean Chocolate - Peru 73% with Coffee & Walnut

Our Peru bar sources cacao from Chinim Wawas, a remote community deep in the Peruvian Amazon, in the Bagua region of Amazonas. At the heart of this supply chain is the Asociación de Productores Agrarios Cacao Nuestro, an organisation where women play the leading role in preserving, processing, and growing native Criollo varieties, including rare white-bean cacaos prized for their aromatic potential. The cacao is fermented for 8 days and slowly dried for 15 days on drying beds, entirely by hand.

This is specialty cacao with a story worth telling.
