This report is our opportunity to put that belief under the microscope: to examine our Direct Trade relationships with producers across Colombia, Peru, Nicaragua and beyond and how they shape the fresh coffee beans delivered to your door; to honestly assess our environmental footprint and what sustainability really means at every stage of the supply chain; and to celebrate the team that makes it all possible — the baristas, bakers, and roasters who bring Missing Bean to life every day.
This report celebrates our progress and acknowledges what's still ahead. We hope it gives you a clearer picture of what 'good coffee' really means to us.
