Stepping in for our Direct Trade Sitio Posses, Vila Boa is a classic Brazilian coffee with notes of raisin, walnut and biscuit. Rich, smooth and comforting, it finishes with plenty of sweetness and a rounded body — one of many fresh coffee beans in our current lineup worth trying. Fazenda Vila Boa was founded in 1988 by Mônica, who transformed her family’s farmland into a specialty coffee estate focused on quality and responsible farming. This Natural Red Bourbon lot is carefully dried on open patios, creating a sweet, well-rounded cup that shines as espresso and pairs beautifully with milk.
Vila Boa is also carbon neutral certified, with around 30% of the estate protected as native forest. Better still, this coffee reaches us by sailboat, helping reduce its carbon footprint and supporting a more sustainable supply chain.
