A beautifully expressive natural Ethiopian with layers of ripe fruit and sweetness. Expect a vibrant, aromatic cup with notes of strawberry, grapefruit and caramel. Juicy berry flavours lead the way, balanced by bright citrus acidity and a smooth, sweet finish.
Echemo is an organic farm owned by Khalid Shifa in Ethiopia’s Jimma region. Working closely with local farmers, Khalid helps improve coffee quality while promoting sustainable farming practices. This lot is produced from traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown at 2,100 metres above sea level and carefully dried on raised beds to develop its vibrant fruit character and floral aromatics.
Alongside producing exceptional coffee, Khalid invests in organic farming, agroforestry and local community projects, helping protect biodiversity while supporting education, infrastructure and fully traceable coffee production.
