New Releases: The Original and The Remake

New Releases: The Original and The Remake

We love our single-origins, but we're kicking off 2026 by giving our blends their moment in the spotlight.

The Original

You might know it as Elevenses. Or Anniversary. Or House. It's had a few names over the years, but the coffee has always been the same reliable favourite, and now it has a name to match: The Original.

Original by name, original by nature. This is the blend that's been with us from the start, and it's here to stay. Bright and approachable, with tasting notes of raspberry, honey and hazelnut, it's a well-rounded, seasonal blend that balances fruity brightness with a smooth, comforting base. Currently made up of Mexico Finca Hamburgo (Direct Trade) and Rwanda Isano Lot 1, it works beautifully across espresso, stovetop and cafetière.

The Remake

Launching alongside The Original is a brand-new blend: The Remake. The name is a nod to Missing Bean founders Ori and Vicky and their background in film, and like the best remakes, it has a character entirely its own.

Where The Original leans fruity and bright, The Remake goes bold, rich and smooth. Expect tasting notes of cocoa nibs, caramel and pecan, a more traditional profile for those who like their coffee to taste like coffee. Currently composed of three Direct Trade origins (Brazil Sitio Posses, Nicaragua El Jaguar and Mexico Finca Hamburgo), it's a serious, satisfying cup that holds its own across espresso, stovetop and cafetière.
